All software, branding, logos, interfaces, graphics, designs, text, media, code, and related content are owned by Sudonix Network or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• redistribute the software
• repackage the software
• resell license keys
• share license keys publicly
• bypass licensing systems
• disable activation or update systems
• use modified versions of Sudonix Network products
Users are encouraged to submit feature requests and improvement ideas directly to Sudonix Network so features may potentially be added for all users in future updates.
SECTION 6 - SOFTWARE LICENSES
Sudonix Network products may require:
• yearly licenses
• subscriptions
• activation systems
• online validation
• update verification
License keys remain the property of Sudonix Network.
We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate licenses associated with:
• abuse
• fraud
• chargebacks
• unauthorized redistribution

SECTION 7 - VIRTUAL CAMERA, AUDIO, AND DISCORD SYSTEMS
Certain Sudonix Network products may use:
• virtual camera systems
• virtual audio systems
• Discord integrations
• optional Discord bot systems
Users are solely responsible for complying with Discord Terms of Service, platform rules, copyright laws, and local regulations.
Sudonix Network products do not automate Discord user accounts or support selfbot activity.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights or permission to broadcast and use their media.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Sudonix Network products may integrate with third party tools, services, or software providers.
These may include:
• Discord
• Shopify
• Keygen
• VB-Audio
• Unity Capture
• payment processors
• hosting providers
We are not responsible for outages, damages, policy changes, or issues caused by third party services.
SECTION 9 - FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or feedback, you grant Sudonix Network permission to use, modify, distribute, and incorporate that feedback into products or services without compensation.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible operation across all hardware, operating systems, or environments.
Use of Sudonix Network software is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sudonix Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services or products.
This includes but is not limited to:
• loss of data
• loss of profits
• account issues
• software incompatibility
• third party platform restrictions
• driver conflicts
• virtual camera failures
• audio routing failures
SECTION 13 - TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses, accounts, subscriptions, or access to Services at any time for violations of these Terms.
Termination does not remove any outstanding payment obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Sudonix Network may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
