Sudonix Network products and software are sold as digital products and yearly software licenses.
Because our products are downloadable software and digital services, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once purchased.
Digital and downloadable software products are non-returnable once purchased.
Refund requests may still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:
• accidental duplicate purchases
• billing errors
• major technical issues preventing activation on supported systems
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
If you experience a problem with your purchase, activation, or software setup, please contact support before requesting a chargeback or dispute. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

License Information
• Products may use yearly license activation
• Internet access may be required for activation and updates
• License keys may be disabled if abuse, fraud, or chargebacks occur
• Purchases grant access to the licensed software version and supported updates during the active license period
